摘要
分析和总结经络腧穴检测的发展现状、发展趋势以及目前存在的问题,并根据发现的问题提出相应的对策.目前,经络腧穴检测发展中存在着经络腧穴的特异性不明确、技术水平不足、研究结果可重复性差、方法技术和设备的稳定性差、仪器发展尚不成熟、临床实用性不够强等问题.经络腧穴检测的发展过程中应当注重在中医理论指导下开发创新,多技术相结合、与人工智能和大数据相结合,增强其临床实用性,推进其标准化进程,从而促进经络腧穴检测的应用和发展.
Abstract
This paper analyzes and summarizes the development status,trend and existing problems of meridian acupoint detection,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures based on the problems found.At present,there are problems in the development of meridian acupoint detection,such as unclear specificity of meridians and acupoints,inadequate technology level,poor reproducibility of study results,poor stability of methods,techniques and equipment,unadvanced instrument development,and insufficient clinical utility.In the development process of meridian acupoint detection,attention should be paid to developing and innovating under the guidance of traditional Chinese medicine theory,combining multiple technologies,combining meridian acupoint detection with artificial intelligence and big data,enhancing its clinical utility,and advancing its standardization process,so as to promote the application and development of meridian acupoint detection.
