针刺麻醉在临床手术中的应用研究

摘要
针刺麻醉,作为一种中西医结合产物下的新型麻醉方式,其有着适应性广、安全实惠、不良反应少等优势.随着麻醉技术的成熟,针刺麻醉也从单纯的术中应用拓展到围手术期全程,在临床工作有着重要位置,具备广阔的发展前景.文章查阅近期相关文献,从针刺麻醉的类型、穴位选取、频率强度、机制研究及临床手术应用等方面进行了归纳概括,总结分析针刺麻醉在现阶段存在的优势及缺陷,并提出相应问题及解决方案,以期为其临床应用提供参考借鉴.
Abstract
Acupuncture anesthesia,as a new type of anesthesia under the combined Chinese and Western medicine,has the advantages of wide adaptability,safety and affordability,and few side effects.With the maturation of anesthesia technology,acupuncture anesthesia has been also expanded from simple intraoperative application to the whole perioperative period,which has an important position in clinical work with a broad development prospect.In this paper,we reviewed the recent literature and summarized the types of acupuncture anesthesia,selection of acupuncture points,frequency intensity,mechanism research and clinical surgical application,and analyzed the advantages and defects of acupuncture anesthesia at the present stage,as well as proposed corresponding problems and solutions,in order to provide reference for its clinical application.
