摘要
针刺可以治疗多种疾病,每种疾病的留针时间并不完全相同.临床上留针时间与疗效的关系一直尚无定论,而不同医生针刺治疗不同病症的最佳留针时间也是各有心得.文章回顾了既往专门以留针时间与疗效关系为核心进行的临床试验,内容涉及小儿脑瘫、颈肩腰腿痛、肥胖、中风后遗症、面瘫病、神经痛、失眠、消化不良、痛经等病症,梳理并分析了不同病症留针时间的研究设计、方法、结果和结论,总结出不同类型疾病的留针时间研究进展,以及这些研究给予临床的启示,以期为临床实践与科研思路提供参考.
Abstract
Acupuncture can treat a variety of diseases,and the length of time for each disease is not exactly the same.The relationship between needle retention time and therapeutic effect has not been determined,and different doctors have their own experience in treating different diseases with needle retention time.This paper reviewed previous clinical trials focusing on the relationship between needle retention time and curative effect,involving children with cerebral palsy,neck,shoulder,waist and leg pain,obesity,apoplexy,facial palsy,neuralgia,insomnia,indigestion and dysmenorrhea,to analyze the research design,methods,results and conclusions of needle retention time for different diseases.Then we summarized the research progress and the clinical enlightenment of these studies,in order to provide reference for clinical practice and scientific research ideas.
