Discussion on the theoretical origin and operation details of contralateral channel needling
In order to discuss the relevant theories and operational details of contralateral channel needling,the definition of contralateral channel needling is more comprehensive,and new ideas are provided for its clinical application.In this paper,the main search term is'contralateral channel needling',ancient documents are searched in Ancient Books Database,modern documents are searched in electronic journals and book databases such as CNKI,and public account tweets are referenced.The collected data were summarized in two aspects:focusing on theoretical traceability(including the law of literature development,the understanding of names,theoretical basis,and indications),and exploring operational details as innovation points(focusing on operation sites and point selection).It is concluded that the contralateral channel needling method is based on pulse diagnosis as the premise,the twelve channels on the opposite side of the pain point are different as the operation site,and the multi-angle thinking is used to select points(represented by the balance needle therapy and DONGs'unique extra-ordinary point acupuncture therapy),and the long needle is deeply pricking qi to correct the yin and yang of the human body and remove the evil,which is good at treating pain.
