Research progress on the mechanism of Tuina in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis
Pain is the most important clinical symptom of knee osteoarthritis(KOA)patients,causing local joint disorders,which also makes KOA one of the diseases with a high disability rate.The factors influencing KOA pain are complex,and the specific mechanism is not clear,but current studies have shown that it is related to peripheral,central,and biomechanical imbalances.Therefore,the author has reviewed and sorted out the research on the mechanism of Tuina intervention KOA at home and abroad in recent years,and intends to explore the mechanism of Tuina intervention KOA from the peripheral,central and biomechanical perspectives,so as to provide ideas for clinical diagnosis and treatment of KOA.
