摘要
西北燥证是发生于以我国新疆为代表的西北干旱、半干旱地区,以感受燥邪为主要病因,以口鼻、咽喉、肌肤干燥和干咳、烦躁等各种不适症状为特征的复合型中医证候.文章系统梳理西北燥证理论源流,阐述西北燥证病因、病机和证候表现,总结西北燥证微观机制研究进展及临床观察与病例对照研究的发现,思考西北燥证相关的科学研究的新方向.
Abstract
Northwest dryness syndrome(NDS)is a compound traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome occurring in the arid and semi-arid areas of northwest China represented by Xinjiang,characterized by dryness as the main cause and various discomfort symptoms such as mouth,nose,throat,skin dryness,dry cough and irritability.This paper systematically combs the theoretical origins of northwest dryness syndrome,expounds the etiology,pathogenesis and syndromes of northwest dryness syndrome,summarizes the research progress of micro-mechanism of northwest dryness syndrome and the findings of clinical observation and case-control studies,and considers the new direction of scientific research related to northwest dryness syndrome.
