Mechanism analysis of Xielikang Capsule mediated intestinal flora regulating TNFR1/RIP1/Complex Ⅰ signaling pathway in treatment of HIV/AIDS diarrhea
Diarrhea in AIDS is a prevalent clinical complication among AIDS patients. It has a protracted course,is persistent and refractory to treatment, seriously influencing the work and life of these patients. The occurrence of diarrhea in AIDS is associated with the abnormal secretion of TNF-α activating the RIPl/Complex I pathway, the damaged intestinal mucosal barrier, and the imbalance of flora structure.Xielikang Capsule can regulate the secretion of TNF-α,repair the intestinal mucosal barrier, regulate the flora structure, reduce the continuous depletion of CD4+T lymphocytes, and promote the restoration of immune function. This article explores the mechanism of Xielikang Capsule in treating diarrhea in AIDS to further enrich its scientific connotation, with the anticipation of facilitating the research.
