Effects of different processing methods on the anti-osteoporosis of Psoraleae Fructus
Objective:To evaluate the effects of different processed Psoraleae Fructus on osteoporosis in ovariectomized rats.Methods:The effects of different processed Psoralae Fructus on bone mineral density,serum osteocalcin(BGP),bone morphogenetic protein-4(BMP-4),estradiol(E2),acid phosphatase(ACP),alkaline phosphatase(ALP),Ca2+,P3+were studied on ovariectomized rat.Results:The preparation method of the Pharmacopoeia could significantly increase E2,BMP-4,ACP,Ca2+in serum(P＜0.01),BGP and ALP could significantly reduced(P＜0.01),so salt-prepared Psoraleae Fructus could enhance its effect on osteoporosi.Conclusion:The current version of the Pharmacopoeia of the People's Republic of China has a certain scientific basis for choosing to roast Psoraleae Fructus with salt-prepared.
