摘要
目的:考察不同炮制方法对补骨脂抗骨质疏松效应的影响.方法:采用去势大鼠模型,以骨密度、血清骨钙素(BGP)、骨形成蛋白-4(BMP-4)、雌二醇(E2)、酸性磷酸酶(ACP)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、Ca2+、P3+含量为指标,研究补骨脂不同炮制品对上述指标的影响.结果:盐炙法盐炙补骨脂可使血清中E2、BMP-4、ACP、Ca2+含量显著增高(P<0.01),BGP、ALP含量显著降低(P<0.01),补骨脂经过盐炙可增强其治疗骨质疏松的作用.结论:现行版《中华人民共和国药典》选择以盐水炙补骨脂有一定科学依据.
Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the effects of different processed Psoraleae Fructus on osteoporosis in ovariectomized rats.Methods:The effects of different processed Psoralae Fructus on bone mineral density,serum osteocalcin(BGP),bone morphogenetic protein-4(BMP-4),estradiol(E2),acid phosphatase(ACP),alkaline phosphatase(ALP),Ca2+,P3+were studied on ovariectomized rat.Results:The preparation method of the Pharmacopoeia could significantly increase E2,BMP-4,ACP,Ca2+in serum(P<0.01),BGP and ALP could significantly reduced(P<0.01),so salt-prepared Psoraleae Fructus could enhance its effect on osteoporosi.Conclusion:The current version of the Pharmacopoeia of the People's Republic of China has a certain scientific basis for choosing to roast Psoraleae Fructus with salt-prepared.
