生成补泻运用于泻初补正纳支法的实操方法

摘要
阐释生成补泻运用于泻初补正纳支法的实操方法.基于十二经脉病证虚实,结合提插补泻或捻转补泻的基本操作,行生成补泻方法,即按十二经脉或络脉的浅深分层,在相应五行数的分层数内,在生数层施针刺提插或捻转补法,成数层施针刺提插或捻转泻法,或生数层行五行生数次数的补法,成数层行五行成数次数的泻法,或五行数的分层数内只行五行基数次数的行针手法;再结合纳支法经穴开阖时辰,于时辰初刻段施生成补泻的泻法操作,于时辰正刻段施生成补泻的补法操作,对不盛不虚之证于经穴开阖时辰于五行分层数内行五行基数次数的行针手法.文章提供了适用十二经脉虚实病证,结合生成补泻方法的一种创新泻初补正纳支法的实操方法.
Abstract
To interpretate a practical method of reducing at Chu-ke and reinforcing at Zheng-ke of hour-prescription of acupoints by integrating numerical techniques of reinforcement and reduction.The numerical techniques of reinforcement and reduction is based on the principles of the syndrome of the excess and deficiency of twelve regular meridians and combined with the lifting-thrusting reinforcing-reducing method or reinforcing-reducing method by twirling.Which operates acupuncture within the layer numbers corresponding to the five-element based on the stratification by twelve meridians or collateral vessels.In detail,utilizing reinforcement or reinforcement of the number of heaven in the five-element of heaven of layers.On the contrary,applying reducing method or the number of earth in the five-element of earth.The acupuncture technique for the base number of five-element within the five-element of heaven of layers.In addition,the numerical techniques of reinforcement and reduction is combined with hour-prescription of acupoints.Applying reducing method of numerical techniques of reinforcement and reduction at the Chu-ke of the hour,and applying the reinforcing method at the Zheng-ke of the hour.When opening and closing the meridian points,the acupuncture technique of the base number of five-element within the five-element of layers is used for the syndrome of not excess and not deficiency.This article provides a new method of reducing at Chu-ke and reinforcing at Zheng-ke of hour-prescription of acupoints by integrating numerical techniques of reinforcement and reduction which is applicable for treating the excess and deficiency of twelve regular meridians by syndrome differentiation.
