摘要
经络诊察是通过探索经脉循行体表的病理改变与疾病发生的相关规律,以协助医师诊疗疾病方法.传统经络诊察方法主要有审、切、循、扪、按;诊察内容包括诊脉和诊皮肤.现代经络诊察方法多样,以王居易经络诊察法为主,在人体生殖、运动、消化等系统及其他特殊疾病中均有应用.通过经络诊察法可提高医生对疾病的病位、病性、病经、病穴、病期及其相关性的认识,指导针灸临床.文章就经络诊察的研究进展及应用现状进行整理、分析,以期为临床实践提供参考和思路.
Abstract
Meridian diagnosis is to assist physicians in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases by exploring the pathological changes of meridian running on the body surface and the relevant rules of disease occurrence.The traditional meridian diagnosis methods mainly include examining,cutting,tracing,palpation and pressing.The examination included pulse examination and skin examination.There are various methods of meridian diagnosis in modern times,including WANG Juyi's meridian diagnosis method.The meridian diagnosis method has been applied in human reproductive system,motor system,digestive system,and other special diseases.The meridian diagnosis method can improve doctors'understanding of the location,nature,meridian,acupoint,stage and their correlation of diseases,so as to guide the clinical practice of acupuncture and moxibustion.In this paper,the research progress and application status of meridian diagnosis are sorted out and analyzed,in order to provide reference and ideas for clinical practice.
