中医水形人之亚型内涵解析

摘要
《灵枢·阴阳二十五人》根据五行理论,基于形神一体,取像运数思维对人的形神进行了五行分类,五五共二十五人.文章为中医五形人亚型内涵解析系列文章之一——中医水形人的亚型内涵解析.根据中医五形人理论,中医水形人每一形人可再分为5种亚型,分别为汗汗然、颊颊然、纡纡然、洁洁然、安安然.亚型是中医五行人理论模型的具体演绎与表达,具有重要的研究意义.然而,中医水形人之亚型内涵目前相关研究较少.因此,本研究试图基于文字学、文献学、理论推导及对3D人脸的样本观察,解析中医水形人亚型的内涵,以更好地指导临床.
Abstract
According to the five-elements theory,based on the integration of form and spirit thought,absorbing symbols and taking numbers as the Xiang-Shu thought of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),human form and spirit were classified in five elements,five and five overlapping,a total of 25 subtypes by Lingshu·Twenty-Five People with Yinyang.This paper is one of the series of articles on the subtype connotation analysis of people with the five-elements in TCM:the subtype connotation analysis of people with water-element in TCM.According to the theory of people with the five-elements in TCM,'people with water-element in TCM'can be divided into five subtypes,which are Hanhan Ran,Jiajia Ran,Yuyu Ran,Jiejie Ran,Anan Ran.The subtype is the specific deduction and expression of the theoretical model of people with the five-elements in TCM,which has important research significance.However,there are only few related studies about the subtype connotation of people with the water-elements in TCM.This paper attempts to analyze the subtype connotation of people with water-element in TCM based on philology,literature,theoretical derivation and sample observation of 3D faces so as to better guide the clinical practice.
