基于贝叶斯网络的中医医案效果评价指标体系构建方法探析

摘要
医案是中医师临床决策时的重要参考资料,在与新临床问题相似性相当的前提下,医案的效果评价与比较是决定医案被调用与否的核心环节.而当前,医案效果评价相对缺失,有限的医案记录者的自发评价及研究者的二次评价所用评价方法、评价指标不一,效果评价结论可信性、可比性不足,有必要为中医医案效果评价制定统一方法.其中,统一的评价指标体系构建无疑尤为关键.本研究围绕医案效果评价指标体系构建问题,针对评价指标依赖关系发现与呈现的难点,提出基于贝叶斯网络的医案效果评价指标体系构建方法,通过医案筛选、贝叶斯网络结构建模、参数建模,实现评价指标之间的依赖关系在关系方向与关系强度两方面的发现与呈现,构建符合中医临床诊疗实际且能够动态更新的医案效果评价指标体系,以期为医案效果评价提供新思路、新方法,促进中医医案辅助临床决策.
Abstract
Medical records are important reference materials for Chinese medicine doctors to make clinical decisions.Under the premise of similar clinical problems,the evaluation and comparison of the effect of medical records is the core link to decide whether medical records are invoked or not.And current basis relative loss effect evaluation,limited basis chronicler of spontaneous evaluation and the secondary used different evaluation methods,evaluation index,evaluation result and evaluation conclusion lack of credibility and comparability,it is necessary to formulate a unified method to evaluate for the basis of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).Among them,the construction of a unified evaluation index system is undoubtedly particularly critical.This study focuses on the construction of the evaluation index system of medical records,and aims at the difficulties in finding and presenting the dependency relationship of evaluation indexes,proposes the construction method of the evaluation index system of medical records based on Bayesian network.Through medical records screening,Bayesian network structure modeling and parameter modeling,the discovery and presentation of the dependency relationship between evaluation indexes in relation direction and relation strength were realized.The evaluation index system of medical record effect which conforms to the practice of TCM clinical diagnosis and treatment and can be dynamically updated is constructed,in order to provide new ideas and new methods for the evaluation of medical record effect and promote the auxiliary clinical decision-making of TCM medical record.
