韩一龙经验方治疗肝胃气滞证慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床效果分析

摘要
目的:探讨韩一龙教授经验方对于治疗肝胃气滞证慢性萎缩性胃炎的疗效.方法:纳入2020年12月—2021年3月吉林省延吉市仁德中医门诊部治疗的肝胃气滞证慢性萎缩性胃炎患者90例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组45例.对照组给予气滞胃痛片口服治疗,30 d后观察疗效;治疗组服用韩一龙经验方剂,早晚各1剂,水煎服,10 d为1个疗程.治疗后对其症状评分、证候疗效、胃镜组织学变化进行分析.结果:两组治疗后主要症状和次要症状均有显著改善(P＜0.05),且治疗组优于对照组(P＜0.05);治疗组总有效率[95.6％(43/45)]显著高于对照组[71.1％(32/45)](P＜0.05);两组治疗后胃镜积分以及相关病理积分与治疗前比较均显著下降(P＜0.05),且治疗组优于对照组(P＜0.05).结论:韩一龙经验方对于治疗肝胃气滞证的萎缩性胃炎症状评分、症候疗效、胃镜组织学均有明显改善作用.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effects of professor HAN Yilong's empirical prescription in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis with liver-stomach qi stagnation syndrome.Methods:Ninety patients with chronic atrophic gastritis with liver-stomach qi stagnation syndrome treated in Rende TCM Outpatient Department of Yanji City,Jilin Province from December 2020 to March 2021 were included and randomly divided into control group and treatment group,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was given Qizhi Weitong Tablet oral treatment,30 days later to observe the effect;the treatment group took HAN Yilong's empirical for mula,1 dose in the morning and evening,decocted in water for 10 days as a course of treatment.The symptom score,syndrome effect and gastroscopic histological changes were analyzed after treatment.Results:The main symptoms and secondary symptoms after treatment were significantly improved(P＜0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group(P＜0.05).The total effective rate of treatment group was 95.6％(43/45),which was significantly higher than that of control group[71.1％(32/45)](P＜0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group(P＜0.05).Gastroscopy scores and related pathological scores after treatment were significantly decreased in both groups compared with those before treatment(P＜0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:HAN Yilong's empirical formula had obvious improvement on symptom score,symptom effect and gastroscopy histology of chronic atrophic gastritis with liver-stomach qi stagnation syndrome.
