中风病病证结合诊断标准的发展概述与思考

摘要
文章根据中医辨病与辨证、西医辨病与中医辨证相结合、证候要素辨证的分类方式,对中风病病证结合诊断标准的发展脉络进行梳理,并对三类标准的优势与目前发展的局限性进行阐述.以此为基础,对构建中风病病证结合诊断标准的过程进行分析,从"辨病"中西医分属问题、证候诊断的判定形式和证型分类问题、中风病主症及发病特点作为证候诊断依据问题、当前基于证候要素制定诊断标准的局限性四个方面进行探索性思考,以期为标准的制定工作提供思路.
Abstract
This article sorts out the development of diagnostic criteria for stroke disease syndrome differentiation based on the classification methods of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)disease differentiation and syndrome differentiation,disease differentiation of western medicine and syndrome differentiation of TCM,and syndrome element differentiation.It also elaborates on the advantages and limitations of the three types of criteria.Based on this,this article analyzes the process of constructing a diagnostic criteria for the combination of stroke and syndrome,exploring four aspects:'differentiation of diseases'in TCM and western medicine,the unified judgment form and classification of syndrome types for syndrome diagnosis,the five main symptoms and onset characteristics of stroke as the basis for syndrome diagnosis,and limitations of current diagnostic criteria based on syndrome elements,in order to provide ideas for the formulation of the criteria.
