HIV/AIDS is a complex and difficult disease, and no effective method of cure is available at present.HIV/AIDS syndrome is the core of syndrome differentiation.Studying the evolvement law and physical basis of the syndrome is a key link to exploring the essence of the syndrome, screening out drug targets, developing effective prescriptions and improving clinical efficacy.By combing the current status and prospect of HIV/AIDS syndrome studies and clinical practice, the author summarizes that HIV/AIDS syndrome is dominated by concurrent syndrome and presents an'excess-mix of excess and deficiency-deficiency'dynamic evolvement law. That is,the pathological process of excess syndrome-deficiency syndrome-deficiency and excess mixed with syndrome-deficiency and failure syndrome-failure syndrome.Besides, the paper analyzes the application of systems biology in HIV/AIDS deficiency syndrome and excess syndrome, elaborates on the problems in existing syndrome research, and puts forward countermeasures and prospects, with an aim to provide a reference for related research.
