去腐生肌法为中医常见治法,可用于各类急、慢性损伤性创面的治疗,在临床实践中有重要意义.文章从去腐生肌法的命名分析入手,整理该治法适用病证,描述其发展历程,释义"腐败尽除"在去腐生肌法中的重要地位,总结历代医家临证经验:不可过早使用生肌收口之药,盖毒尽肌肉自生;治当发散风毒;去腐之法亦应固护脾胃,当以温为主.对去腐生肌法在古籍记载中的运用、发展历程进行整理,述其源流,促进传承创新,为现代临床治疗提供治法、用药新思路.
Eliminating necroses and promoting regeneration method described as a popular traditional Chinese thearpy,serves in all kinds of acute and chronic wounds,which have significant meaning in clinical practice.By analysising designation,as well as applicable symptoms and development process of eliminating necroses and promoting regeneration method,interpreting the importent meaning of'eliminating all necroses',generalizing ancient experts'clinical experience:never prematurely using regeneration and astringent medicine,for granulation get regenerating after eliminating all toxic;evaporating wind toxin,conservating spleen and stomach,using warm medicine mainly.This artile aiming to collecting and trimming development and application of eliminating necroses and promoting regeneration method in ancient books,by describing it's development context promiting inheritance and innovation,providing new therapies and new ideas of medication for clinical treatment.
