管氏针灸学术流派的理论体系与临床特色

摘要
管氏针灸学术流派是国家中医药管理局厘定的全国中医学术流派,管氏针灸疗法入选云南省非物质文化遗产名录.文章梳理管氏医学五代传承脉络,论述管氏针灸学术流派的学术思想、传承理念、管氏经络辨证针灸法、管氏针刺手法体系、管氏针灸配穴处方学,阐发管氏针灸学术流派的理论体系.简介管氏舌针疗法、管氏过梁针法、管氏热针疗法、管氏蜂针经穴疗法、管氏子午流注针法、管氏灵龟八法6种特色诊疗技术,阐述管氏针灸的临床特色,展示了管氏针灸学术流派150余年传承概貌.
Abstract
GUANs'acupuncture academic school is one of the national-level traditional Chinese medicine schools that are named by National Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine.GUANs'acupuncture technique is also listed as a provincial-level intangible cultural heritage in Yunnan Province.This article narrates the origin and development of GUANs'academic acupuncture school through five generations of the GUANs'family,and describes the school's academic thoughts,heritage principles,and theoretical system,including the meridian differentiation methods,needling technique system,and point prescriptions.It also provides a brief introduction to GUANs'special acupuncture techniques that consist of tongue needling,ultra-deep needling,heated needling,bee-sting needling,midnight-noon meridian ebb-flow needling,and eight spirited turtle needling,while demonstrates the clinical characteristics of GUANs'acupuncture and provides an overview of the school's more than 150 year's history.
