Evolution of the relationship between the kidney and the Mingmen and the development of Mingmen syndrome and treatment
The article is based on the relationship between the kidney and the Mingmen to sort out the changes in the essence of the Mingmen from'belonging to the kidney'to'independent of the kidney',and the evolution of the attributes of the kidney and the Mingmen from'the heart and kidney generate water and fire'to'the Mingmen master water and fire'.By exploring the changes in the treatment of the kidney and the Mingmen syndrome from'tonifying deficiency and reducing excess'to'nourishing yang and yin',as well as the evolution of the representative formulas from'Shenqi Pill and Liuwei Pill'to'Zuogui Pill and Yougui Pill'.The article points out the reason why the treatment of the Mingmen syndrome has not broken through the scope of the kidney.The relationship between the kidney and the Mingmen is clarified based on'the Mingmen is located below the kidney'.New ideas are proposed to treat the Mingmen syndrome in order to expand its scope of treatment,and help improve the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine.
