中医气象-地理-体质学说述略

摘要
大自然是人类成长的滥觞之地,地理、气象条件是自然界中影响人体最重要的环境因素,中医学自古就有"治不法天之纪,不用地之理,则灾害至矣"的论述.我国幅员辽阔,海陆热力性质差异较大,大陆性季风气候明显,气候复杂多样,人们在趋利避害、谋求生存发展与环境的平衡的认识进程中,形成了中医学极具特色的气象-地理-体质学说,并在环境变化中不断深化."运气不齐,古今异轨",对待新的情况不能单纯停留在经验性的治疗层面,要结合病原传播途经,气候环境特点、临床表现及流行病学特征,借鉴现代医学新技术和新方法来分析和研究其发病机制,从而进行针对性的辨证、辨病论治.
Abstract
Nature is the origin and growth of human origin.Geographical and meteorological conditions are the most important environmental factors affecting the human body in the nature.Traditional Chinese medicine has'correct abnormal weather,follow the geography,if not then the disaster comes'discussion since ancient times.Our country has a vast territory,a large difference in the thermal properties of sea and land,a significant continental monsoon climate,and a complex and diverse climate.In the process of people seeking advantages and avoiding disadvantages,seeking the balance between survival and development and the environment,they have formed the meteorology-geographic-physical theory of traditional Chinese medicine,which has been continuously deepened in the changing environment.'The environment was different in ancient times',the treatment of the new situation can not simply stay at the level of empirical treatment,should be combined with the transmission of pathogens,climate and environmental characteristics,clinical manifestations and epidemiological characteristics,learn from the new technology and new methods of modern medicine to analyze and study the pathogenesis,so as to carry out targeted syndrome differentiation/disease treatment.
