中医形神观融入国际功能、残疾和健康分类康复组合的康复模式构建

摘要
中医学的形神观主要有情志、神之用、神之别用以及"形神合一"的学说,但缺乏对身体结构损害和功能状态的系统描述.世界卫生组织研制的国际功能、残疾和健康分类康复组合(ICF-RS)主要用以评定功能状况、指导康复诊疗,但缺乏对个人因素即形神观的描述.文章基于中医形神观及现代计划行为学理论,构建中西医结合"形神之ICF-RS模型"诊疗肢体失能者的康复模式,旨在指导肢体失能者的规范化中西医结合康复诊疗,并预测肢体失能者的社会参与行为.
Abstract
The theory of form and spirit in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)maninly includes emotions,application of spirit,special application of spirit,and unity of form and spirit.These lack a systematic description of the structural damage and functional states of the body.The World Health Organization developed the international classification of functioning,disability and health rehabilitation set(ICF-RS),which was mainly used to assess functional status and guide rehabilitation diagnosis and treatment.But ICF-RS lacks a description of the personal factors,that is,the form and spirit.Based on the TCM theory of form and spirit and the theory of planned behavior,this paper constructs a rehabilitation model of'ICF-RS combined with form and spirit'for the diagnosis and treatment of people with physical disability(PWPD).The purpose is to guide the standardized rehabilitation diagnosis and treatment with integrative Chinese and Western medicine for PWPD,and to guide the prediction of their social participation behavior.
