郁证的中医证治源流及沿革考辨

摘要
郁证作为一个综合性的病因病理学概念,已充分渗透到各类疾病的诊治.中医对于郁证辨证论治认识体系的形成,是一个线性发展、渐进式的过程,现今已经灵活运用于各类现代疾病治疗.由于历代医家所处的时代与环境不同,故对郁证形成了独具特色且深刻的认识,同样也使得郁证在经年累月的发展中形成了丰富且复杂的含义.故本研究通过回顾及剖析历代医家、古籍对郁证的认识与理解,归纳出由古至今郁证的沿革变迁,以期能够熔古铸今,为郁证的诊疗提供更完善的理论参考基础.
Abstract
As a comprehensive etiological and pathological concept,depression syndrome has been fully penetrated into the diagnosis and treatment of various diseases.The formation of traditional Chinese medicine's understanding system of depression syndrome differentiation and treatment is a linear development and gradual process.It has now been flexibly used in the treatment of various modem diseases.Due to the different eras and environments in which the physicians of the past dynasties lived,they formed a unique and profound understanding of the depression syndrome,which also made the depression syndrome have a rich and complex meaning in the development of the years.Analyzing the knowledge and understanding of depression syndrome by physicians and ancient books in the past dynasties,summarizing the evolution of depression syndrome from ancient times to the present,in order to melt the past and cast the present,and provide a more complete theoretical reference basis for the diagnosis and treatment of depression syndrome
