摘要
针灸古籍循证评价研究对于推进针灸医学的发展具有重要意义,但目前针灸古籍循证评价研究较少,同时存在缺少客观量化方法、形成的评价方法或工具在形成过程中未经过严格的效度评价等问题.本研究通过文献回顾、德尔菲专家咨询等方法,构建中医针灸古籍循证评价体系,对针灸古籍证据进行评分与分级,以期辅助针灸临床决策,参与针灸临床实践制定.
Abstract
Evidence-based evaluation of ancient books of acupuncture and moxibustion is of great significance for promoting the development of acupuncture and moxibustion medicine.However,there are few researches on evidence-based evaluation of ancient books of acupuncture and moxibustion,and there is a lack of objective quantitative methods,and the evaluation methods or tools formed have not undergone strict validity evaluation in the formation process.Through literature review,Delphi expert consultation and other methods,this study established an evidence-based evaluation system for ancient books of traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture and moxibustion,scored and graded the evidence of ancient books of acupuncture and moxibustion,in order to assist clinical decision-making and participate in the formulation of clinical practice of acupuncture and moxibustion.
