中医主体思维下八纲理论与中医体质分类内涵探讨

摘要
九种体质分类方法是根据历代医家形成的中医基础理论和体质相关分类理论,综合现代医家体质学说,在现代实证研究支持下发展而来的体质分类标准.文章从八纲理论角度出发,将体质类型与八纲对应的基础内涵、中医主体思维联系体质的意义与科研思路等进行梳理,并细化讨论九种体质分类方法的中医理论依据,以期经过学科核心理论的系统性整合,加强中医主体思维和原创思维学科建设,为中医理论实证与创新结合提供新的思路,推动中医理论现代化发展.
Abstract
The classification of nine types of Chinese medicine constitution(CMC)is a standard of constitution classification based on the basic traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)theory and various constitution-relevant theories of successive dynasties,combing with modern constitution theory and is supported by empirical research.This article took eight-outline of TCM for example to reorganize the connotation of CMC classification from the viewpoint of eight-outline theory,discussing about CMC scientific research ideas with TCM subject thinking and the theoretic evidence in TCM theory of CMC,to systematically integrate the core theory of CMC subject and strengthen the subject thinking and original thinking of TCM,to provide new ideas for the combination of empirical research and innovation and trigger the modern development of TCM theory.
