摘要
退行性骨关节病是临床常见病和多发病,具有较高的发病率与致残率,给患者、家庭和社会造成了沉重的负担.平乐正骨以平衡理论为指导,科学认识退行性骨关节病的动态失衡过程,形成了学术特色鲜明的"辨失衡的诊病观,调失衡的治病观和守平衡的养护观",并在平衡观的基础上构建了对退变性骨关节病"科学性预防、全程性管理、阶段性治疗和主动性养护"相结合的新型防治模式.
Abstract
Degenerative osteoarthropathy is a common and frequently-occurring disease in clinic,with high morbidity and disability rate,which has caused heavy burden to patients,families and society.Under the guidance of balance theory,Pingle bone orthopedics scientifically understands the dynamic imbalance process of degenerative osteoarthropathy,forming a distinctive academic feature of'diagnosis concept of imbalance,treatment concept of imbalance and maintenance concept of balance',and building a scientific prevention and whole-process management of degenerative osteoarthropathy on the basis of balance concept.A new prevention and treatment model combining stage treatment and active conservation.
