摘要
基于传统文献方法系统梳理"五行颠倒"的源流,深入剖析"五行颠倒"的"倒相生""倒相克""生中有克""克中有生""以生报克""以克报生"内涵,并从解释人体生理关系,解释人体病理关系,适用于疾病治疗,阐释五脏生理、病理的相互关系四个角度阐述"五行颠倒"在中医学中的具体应用.基于此,借助创造诠释学方法,从弥补了传统"顺五行"的逻辑缺陷与为中医数字化、智能化提供新的进路两个维度对"颠倒五行"之说进行现代诠释,以促进中医学理论的发展.
Abstract
Through a systematic review of traditional literature,this study comprehensively examines the origins and intrinsic meaning of the concept of the'reversing of the five elements'.Furthermore,it elucidates the specific applications of the'reversing of the five elements'in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)from four distinct perspectives.Building upon this foundation,employing the methodology of hermeneutics,it provides a contemporary interpretation of the notion of reversing the five elements.This interpretation addresses the logical flaws inherent in the traditional model of the'five elements'and illuminates new pathways for the digitization and intelligent advancement of TCM,thereby promoting the development of TCM theory.
