基于《黄帝内经》"五脏五臭"理论的嗅觉障碍病机探讨

摘要
嗅觉障碍是对气味感知异常的一种疾病,目前其相关研究较少,中医也缺乏对此病的认识.笔者从《黄帝内经》"五脏五臭"理论出发,通过梳理历代古籍文献,提出嗅觉产生与宗气上达和"心主臭"相关,而辨别气味不同则是因为"五脏之气"不同.并根据《黄帝内经》中"五脏五臭"的相关论述及历代医家对其经文的阐释,进一步提出嗅觉障碍的病机可能为宗气不能上达,或心肺有病,或脏腑病变导致鼻闻病变脏腑所主之气.
Abstract
Olfactory dysfunction is a disease of abnormal perception of smell.There are few related studies on it,and there is a lack of understanding of this disease in traditional Chinese medicine.We performed literature study about olfactory dysfunction based on the theory of 'five Zang five Xiu'in Huangdi Neijing and puts forward that the generation of smell is related to the Zongqi and the heart,while the difference in distinguishing smell is due to the difference in'qi of five Zang'.According to the relevant elaboration,we present the pathogenesis of olfactory dysfunction may be that Zongqi cannot be reached,or the heart and lungs are sick,or the diseases of viscera cause the nose to smell the qi dominated by the diseased viscera.
