国医大师洪广祥"温阳宣通"法治疗支气管扩张症缓解期经验探析

摘要

国医大师洪广祥教授钻研中医肺系疾病数十年,认为痰瘀伏肺是慢性肺系疾病发病的重要因素,气阳虚弱是发病之本.文章总结了洪广祥教授运用"温阳宣通"法治疗支气管扩张症临证经验,从"辨病机,阳虚为本是为纲"和"定治法,'温阳宣通'谓之何"两方面,系统论述洪广祥教授治疗支气管扩张症之经验,并介绍洪广祥教授运用阳和汤之心得.

Abstract

TCM master HONG Guangxiang has studied lung diseases of traditional Chinese medicine for decades.He believes that phlegm and blood stasis are important factors in the pathogenesis of chronic lung diseases,and the weakness of qi and yang is the root of the pathogenesis.This article summarized the clinical experience of professor HONG Guangxiang in treating bronchiectasis with'warming yang and promoting communication'method.In this paper,HONG Guangxiang's experience in the treatment of bronchiectasis is systematically discussed from two aspects:'Identifying the pathogenesis,the foundation of yang deficiency is the key'and'determining the treatment method,and what is the meaning of warming yang and promoting communication'.Professor HONG Guangxiang's experience in using Yanghe Decoction is introduced.
