从陈永灿郁结浊滞观论治妇科杂病举隅
Examples of treating gynecological miscellaneous diseases based on CHEN Yongcan's theory of the pathogenesis of stagnation and turbidity

陈永灿教授崇尚中医经典,对《黄帝内经》中"五气之郁"论述颇具心得,十分赞赏朱丹溪重视"六郁"的观点,认为"郁结"是许多疾病产生的根本原因.陈教授结合自身临证实践,提出了"郁结浊滞"是人体发病的基本病机的观点.文章阐述郁结浊滞的病机观,并介绍其在妇科杂病治疗中的应用,取得较好的疗效.举案例两则予以佐证.
Abstract
Professor CHEN Yongcan advocates the classics of traditional Chinese medicine and has a deep understanding of the discourse on'stagnation of the five qi'in Huangdi Neijing.He highly appreciates ZHU Danxi's emphasis on the'six stagnation'viewpoint and believes that'stagnation'is the fundamental cause of many diseases.Professor CHEN combines clinical practice to propose that'stagnation and turbidity'is the basic pathogenesis of human diseases.The article expounds the pathogenesis of stagnation and turbidity,and applies it to the treatment of gynecological miscellaneous diseases,achieved good therapeutic effects.Provided two medical cases as evidence.
