摘要
文章总结陈华教授传承浙派中医儿科学术特色,运用膏方防治小儿病证经验.陈华教授认为,只要药证相合,四季皆可运用膏方,且应根据地域特色及小儿体质的不同斟酌选方;重视顾护脾胃、健运中州,临证善用素膏;认为小儿用膏首需明辨虚实,宜先行开路,组方适合运用和解之法;基于"谨守病机、异病同治"处方施膏,并善佐以风药,随证加减,屡获良效.文末附医案一则,以飨同道.
Abstract
This article summarizes professor CHEN Hua's experience in using herbal pastes to prevent and treat pediatric disease based on inheriting the academic characteristics of Zhejiang school of traditional Chinese medicine in pediatrics.Professor CHEN Hua believes that as long as the medicine is matched with the symptoms,herbal pastes can be used in all four seasons,and the choice of prescriptions should be based on regional characteristics and differences in children's constitution;she pay attention to the care of the spleen and stomach,and prefers to use herbal pastes without animal ingredients;she believes that when using herbal pastes for children,it is essential to differentiate between deficiency and excess syndromes,and it is advisable to use the path opener,and the method of reconciliation is suitable for formulating the prescription;the herbal pastes based on the theory of'observing the pathogenesis and treating different diseases with same method',and always adjuvant with the carminatives,the good therapeutic effects are often obtained when she add or subtract herbal pastes according to the disease.At the end of the article,a medical case is attached for the benefit of colleagues in the field.
