寒地高血压病论治发微

摘要
受寒地独特气候、环境影响,寒地高血压病病机较特殊.秋冬之寒侵袭肝肾经络为寒地高血压病发生的最重要原因,继而肝之阳热受激发而外越,在人体内环境稳态调节下阴寒与阳热相搏.寒地饮食生活习惯易助湿邪内生,终致寒热湿相合为病.结合病机,依据天麻钩藤饮构方理法整体论治:温散在下之寒、清潜在上之热、调中以祛湿,为中医药治疗高血压病提供新思路.
Abstract
Under the influence of the special climate and environment in cold region,the pathogenesis of hypertension in cold region is special.The invasion of liver and kidney meridians by cold in autumn and winter is the most important reason for the occurrence of hypertension in cold region.The yang heat of the liver is stimulated outward.Yin cold and yang heat are different under the homeostasis of human body environment.Eating and living habits in cold region are easy to help endogenous dampness evil.Eventually cold,heat and dampness combine to produce disease.Combined with the pathogenesis,the overall treatment was based on Tianma Gouteng Drink:warming the cold in the lower part,clearing the latent heat in the upper part,and regulating the middle part to remove the dampness,providing a new idea for the treatment of hypertension by traditional Chinese medicine.
