四川文氏皮外科流派特色外用制剂及疗法探析

摘要
四川文氏皮外科流派(以下简称文氏流派)是我国当代中医皮肤科界重要的学派之一,其发轫于清代,历经百余年积淀,被纳入全国第一批中医流派建设项目.文氏流派医家重视理论的继承与创新,创制七星丹、皮粘散、蛇黄膏、愈肤膏、香连金黄散、疥药粉、皮炎酒、痒症洗方、参黄散等特色外用制剂及溻渍疗法、中药面膜疗法、白醋疗法、牛脊髓疗法等特色外治法.文章对文氏流派特色外用制剂及疗法进行总结,以供广大同道交流参考.
Abstract
Sichuan WENs'dermasurgery school(hereinafter referred to as WENs'school)is one of the important schools in contemporary traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)dermatology in China,which originated in the Qing dynasty and has been included in the construction project of the first batch of TCM schools in China after hundreds of years of accumulation.Doctors of the WENs'school pay attention to the inheritance and innovation of theories,and create special topical preparations such as Qixing Pills,Pizhan Powder,Shehuang Ointment,Yufu Ointment,Xianglian Jinhuang Powder,Scabies Powder,Dermatitis Wine,Itch Washing Formula,Shenhuang Powder,and other special external treatment methods such as moisten compress therapy,Chinese herbal mask therapy,white vinegar therapy,and bovine spinal cord therapy.This article summarizes the special topical preparations and external treatment methods of WENs'school in order to provide reference for the common people.
