"黜浊培本"理论指导下恶性肿瘤减毒思路探析

摘要
中医药辨治恶性肿瘤具有"减毒增效"的优势,然目前多以方药研究为主,尚缺乏关于"减毒"理念和方法的综合论述.贾英杰教授认为肿瘤之毒包含三个方面:癌瘤本身和易瘤体质之内生毒,瘤体刺激产生病理产物之续发毒,抗肿瘤治疗之外来毒.临证以减毒为旨,祛邪与扶正共施,罢黜浊毒、肃清痰饮、清解药毒和培补肝肾、调养气血等法同用,同时根据肿瘤患者不同癌种和治疗阶段调整攻补法度,旨在改善毒副反应和延长患者生存期.
Abstract
Traditional Chinese medicine has the advantage of 'reducing toxicity and increasing effectiveness'in the differentiation and treatment of malignant tumors,but at present it mainly focuses on prescription research,and there is still a lack of comprehensive discussion on the concept and method of 'reducing toxicity'.Professor JIA Yingjie considers that the toxicity of tumors includes three aspects:the tumor itself and within the tumor body,the tumor body stimulation to produce pathological products of secondary toxicity and anti-tumor therapy to poison.Clinical treatment is aimed at reducing toxicity,eliminating evil and strengthening normal administration,eliminating turbid toxicity,clearing phlegm,clearing drug toxicity,cultivating liver and kidney,and regulating qi and blood,etc..At the same time,the degree of attack and tonic method is adjusted according to different cancer types and treatment stages of tumor patients,aiming at improving toxicity and side effects and prolonging the survival period of patients.
