基于"虚虚实实之戒"探讨恶性肿瘤瘀毒证的诊治思路

摘要
恶性肿瘤是危害人类生命健康的重大疾病之一,病机复杂且证候特殊,但均以"正虚邪实"为基本的病机特性.瘀毒证作为恶性肿瘤的常见证型之一,具有其独特的病机发展规律.文章基于恶性肿瘤"正虚邪实"的共性,结合瘀毒互结病机的特殊性,试探讨以"虚虚实实之戒"为原则的瘀毒证恶性肿瘤辨治策略.应对瘀毒证发展的不同阶段提出针对性的治疗原则及用药方针,以期为临床诊治提供思路.
Abstract
Malignant tumor is one of the major diseases that endanger human life and health.Its pathogenesis is complex and its syndromes are special,but the basic pathogenesis is'positive deficiency and evil excess'.As one of the common witness types of malignant tumor,stasis syndrome has its unique pathogenesis.Based on the commonness of positive deficiency and evil excess of malignant tumor and the particularity of the pathogenesis of stasis and poison,this paper attempts to explore the treatment strategy of malignant tumor with stasis and poison syndrome based on the principle of'discipline of deficiency and excess'.In order to provide ideas for clinical diagnosis and treatment,we should put forward specific treatment principles and medication guidelines for different stages of the development of stasis syndrome.
