Regulating the liver pivot method for treatment of functional anorectal pain under anxiety and depression based on the 'liver and large intestine are connected'
Functional anorectal pain is a recurrent non-organic pain syndrome in the anorectal region.Emotional disorders such as anxiety and depression are the main causes and common concomitant symptoms of functional anorectal pain.From the theory of 'liver and large intestine are connected'as the starting point,the basic connotation of traditional Chinese medicine of functional anorectal pain in the state of anxiety and depression was revealed.The pathological characteristics of liver qi stagnation and neglect of dredging and releasing functions of the liver were clarified,and then put forward the treatment idea of regulating the liver pivot,to explore new ideas for the in-depth identification and treatment of functional anorectal pain and other intestinal diseases.
