湿热证诊疗的现代研究进展

摘要
湿热证是中医临床常见的证型之一.文章对湿热证的流行病学、诊断标准、现代病理机制研究和中医药治疗进展进行了综述,从湿热证与基因表达、程序性细胞死亡、免疫及炎症、蛋白质组学、代谢组学、微生态系统等角度总结其发病机制,并从经典方剂现代运用、药效基础及作用机制的微观研究和异病同治的探索等方面为中药治疗湿热证提供科学基础,同时提出未来可借助系统生物学、网络药理学等现代技术进一步阐明湿热证的现代科学内涵,建立湿热证现代诊疗标准.
Abstract
Damp-heat syndrome is one of the common clinical syndromes in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).In this review,the epidemiology,diagnostic criteria,research on pathological mechanisms,and therapeutic progress of TCM for damp-heat syndrome are summarized.It is summarized the pathogenesis from the point of view of damp-heat syndrome with gene expression,programmed cell death,immunity and inflammation,proteomics,metabolomics,microecosystems.The author provide a scientific basis for the treatment of damp-heat syndromes in TCM from the aspects of modern application of classic formulae,microscopic investigation of the pharmacodynamic basis and mechanism of action,and exploration of the treatment of different diseases and same syndromes.In the future,the modern scientific connotation of damp-heat syndrome can be further clarified with the help of modern technologies such as system biology and network pharmacology,and the modem diagnosis and treatment standard of damp-heat syndrome can be established.
