摘要
非酒精性脂肪性肝病(NAFLD)是常见的慢性代谢性肝脏疾病,在全球范围内快速增长,已成为广泛关注的公共卫生问题.近年来研究表明,铁死亡参与了NAFLD的进展,干预铁死亡相关信号通路可以改善NAFLD患者的肝脏功能和代谢状态,可能成为治疗NAFLD的潜在药物靶点.中医药因其多靶点、安全有效、不良反应少等优势,大量研究聚焦铁死亡相关信号通路,挖掘中药复方及活性成分干预铁死亡治疗NAFLD,已取得较大进展.文章从铁死亡概述、铁死亡与NAFLD的相关性以及中药干预铁死亡治疗NAFLD的作用机制方面进行阐述,以期为NAFLD的临床治疗提供精准靶向的新思路和新方向.
Abstract
Nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)is a common chronic metabolic liver disease that is rapidly growing worldwide and has become a public health problem of widespread concern.Recent studies have shown that ferroptosis is involved in the progression of NAFLD,and intervention in the ferroptosis-related signaling pathway can improve liver function and metabolic status in NAFLD patients,and may be a potential drug target for the treatment of NAFLD.Due to its advantages of multi-targeting,safety and effectiveness,and less adverse effects,a large number of studies focusing on the ferroptosis-related signaling pathway and tapping into the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)compound and active ingredients to intervene in ferroptosis for the treatment of NAFLD have made great progress.This article describes the overview of ferroptosis,the correlation between ferroptosis and NAFLD,and the mechanism of action of TCM in interfering ferroptosis for NAFLD are presented,with a view to providing new ideas and directions for precise targeting in the clinical treatment of NAFLD.
