乳腺癌合并抑郁的中医研究进展

摘要
乳腺癌是常见的恶性肿瘤之一,多见于45～50岁女性.受激素水平、炎症反应、细胞因子水平等的影响,乳腺癌常与抑郁合并发生,二者互相影响,互为疾病发展的推动因素.在中医理论中,两种疾病的发生发展都与机体"郁"的状态密不可分,以此为基础产生的中医疗法对于乳腺癌合并抑郁具有良好的疗效,且不良反应较少,患者依从性较高.文章回顾近五年中医治疗乳腺癌合并抑郁的研究成果并进行综述,以期为临床治疗提供借鉴和参考.
Abstract
Breast cancer is one of the common malignant tumors,which is more common in women aged 45 to 50.Breast cancer is often co-affected by hormone levels,inflammatory responses,cytokine levels,etc.,breast cancer often occurs with depression,and the two affect each other and are the driving factors for the development of the disease.In the theory of traditional Chinese medicine,the occurrence and development of the two diseases are inseparable from the state of'depression'of the body,and the traditional Chinese medicine methods produced on this basis have good efficacy for breast cancer combined with depression,and the adverse reactions are less,the patient compliance is high.This article reviews the research results of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of breast cancer complicated with depression in the past five years,in order to provide reference for clinical treatment.
