中文摘要：近年来,嗜神经工具病毒和电生理技术在神经科学领域中运用越来越广泛,已经成为解析神经网络的重要方法.文章围绕嗜神经工具病毒和电生理技术的特点和优势,系统梳理了嗜神经工具病毒、电生理技术在针刺效应研究中的应用现状,提出了嗜神经工具病毒联合电生理技术在针刺研究领域的应用思路和前景,为解析针刺的神经生物学效应提供一种新方法.

外文摘要：In recent years,neurotropic tool viruses and electrophysiological techniques have become more and more widely used in the field of neuroscience,and have become important methods for analyzing neural networks.This article starts with tool viruses and electrophysiological techniques,and introduces electrophysiological techniques,the application of tool virus species and their mediated gene coding elements in the study of acupuncture effect,summarizes the research progress of electrophysiology and tool virus in the field of acupuncture,and provides a clue for in-depth analysis of the neurobiological mechanism of acupuncture effect.
