中药引经干预脑病的研究进展

摘要
近年脑部疾病发病率升高,严重威胁人类健康.引经药是中医用药的一大特色,其引导药物直达病所或进入特定脏腑经络的特性在治疗脑病时具有独特优势.文章对中药引经干预脑病的相关文献及古籍记载进行整理概括,发现引经药能够促进其他药物或成分跨血脑屏障入脑,在中药复方及其制剂中发挥入脑导向作用,某些从中药中提取的活性成分还能够修饰药物载体,增强载体脑靶向性,对于中药在脑部疾病中的临床应用具有指导意义.
Abstract
The incidence of brain diseases has increased in recent years,posing a serious threat to human health.Meridian-inducing medicine is a major feature of Chinese medicine medication.It has unique advantages in treating brain diseases by the characteristic of guiding drugs to directly reach the disease site or enter the meridians of specific organs.The article summarizes the relevant literature and ancient books on the intervention of meridian-inducing of Chinese medicine in brain diseases,and finds that it can facilitate the entry of other drugs or ingredients across the blood-brain barrier into the brain,and play a brain-directing role in Chinese medicine compound and its preparations,and that certain active ingredients extracted from Chinese medicine can modify the drug carriers to enhance the brain targeting of the carriers,which is of guiding significance for the clinical application of Chinese medicine in brain diseases.
