摘要
穴位埋线疗法融会贯通传统针灸与现代科学技术,是近现代针灸理论发展与创新的体现.使用范围广,当前临床约有五十余种疾病使用穴位埋线治疗,病种涉及内、外、妇、儿等多个学科,疗效肯定,具有全面精细化研究的价值.文章通过整理近15年国内外穴位埋线疗法的机制研究文献,从神经功能、免疫反应、激素分泌、血管通透性、疼痛阈值、肠道菌群、信号通路等方面对其效应机制进行总结,拟为临床和科研提供理论参考.
Abstract
Acupoint embedding therapy integrates traditional acupuncture theory with modem science and technology,reflecting the innovation of traditional acupuncture.It has a wide range of clinical use,currently there are about fifty kinds of diseases using acupoint embedding treatment,the disease involves internal medicine,surgery,gynecology,pediatrics and other subjects.Because of the excellent therapeutic effect,it has the value of comprehensive refinement of the research.In this paper,the mechanism of acupoint embedding therapy was summarized from the aspects of nervous function,immune response,hormone secretion,vascular permeability,pain threshold,intestinal flora,and signaling pathway by summarizing the research literature on the mechanism of acupoint embedding therapy in the past 15 years,in order to provide theoretical reference for clinical and scientific research.
