摘要
《临证指南医案》载有叶天士大量的"法时"思想,其源于《黄帝内经》"运气七篇大论"及《伤寒论》"正气传经""六经欲解时"条文精神.叶天士根据"时、日、周、月、季、岁",时令"阴阳消息"与"运气"观思想,从天人感召,阐发脏腑生理、病理规律,运用于病机推演,及渗透疾病预测、诊断、治法、制方、防病、养生等各个方面.文章通过列举《临证指南医案》相关案例,阐发叶天士"法时"思想与含义,有益于扩展理论认识,贯通中医整体观思维,及有效制定治法、处方,提高疗效.
Abstract
Clinical Guide Medical Records contains a large number of YE Tianshi's thoughts on'time medicine',which originates from the spirit of Seven Articles of'Wu Yun Liu Qi'in Inner Canon of Huangdi,and the provisions of Treatise on Febrile Diseases,namely,'transmission of the six channel'and'time for relief of six channel disease'.According to the concept of'time,day,week,month,season,year',seasonal'wane and wax of yin and yang'and theory of'Wu Yun Liu Qi',YE Tianshi explained the physiological and pathological laws of viscera from the inspiration of heaven and man,and applied them to the deduction of pathogenesis,and penetrated into various aspects such as disease prediction,diagnosis,treatment,prescription,disease prevention and health preservation.This paper illustrates YE Tianshi's thought and meaning of'observing the time of law'by enumerating relevant cases in Clinical Guide Medical Records,with a view to clinical reference,which is beneficial to expanding theoretical understanding,penetrating the holistic thinking of traditional Chinese medicine,effectively formulating treatment and prescription,and improving curative effect.
