从《周易》论《伤寒论》"六经"之"三阴三阳"诊疗体系
Discussion on the diagnosis and treatment system of 'three yin and three yang' of 'six meridians' in Shanghan Lun from Zhouyi

摘要
《伤寒论》作为中医四大经典之一,古往今来倍受推崇,其学术思想也深受重视,关于"六经"的探讨更是层出不穷,可谓百家争鸣."六经"之名为少阳、太阳、阳明、太阴、少阴、厥阴,其名称来源于《黄帝内经》,但阴阳的哲学思想可追溯于《周易》.《伤寒论》中"六经病欲解时"体现了天地人阴阳变化、相互感召呼应的思想,故文章将"六经病欲解时"与《周易》卦象中阴阳变化相结合,并参照《黄帝内经》中"三阴三阳"新释"六经",认为《伤寒论》中"六经"包涵了"三阴三阳"诊疗体系.
Abstract
As one of the four classics of traditional Chinese medicine,Shanghan Lun has been highly respected throughout the ages,and its academic thought has been highly valued.Discussions on the six meridians in Shanghan Lun have been endless,which can be described as'contention and flourishing of numerous schools of thought'.The name of the six meridians is Shaoyang,Taiyang,Yangming,Taiyin,Shaoyin and Jueyin,which is originated from Huangdi Neijing,but the philosophical thinking of yin-yang can be traced back to the Zhouyi.In Shanghan Lun,"the possible recovering time of the six meridians'diseases"embodies the idea of changes in yin and yang of heaven,earth and human beings,and their mutal call and response.This paper combines the"the possible recovering time of the six meridians'diseases"and the changes of yin and yang in the trigrams of Zhouyi,referring to the'three-yin and three-yang'in Huangdi Neijing to explain the six meridians,and believes that the six meridians in Shanghan Lun encompasses the'three-yin and three-yang'diagnosis and treatment system.
