Herbal textual research on the varieties of Cremastrae Pseudobulbus Pleiones Pseudobulbus
Through a systematic review of the relevant literature,this paper makes a comprehensive and systematic textual research on the varieties of the drugs named'Cremastrae Pseudobulbus Pleiones Pseudobulbus'in the past dynasties according to the characteristics of the morphology,growth environment and producing area of plant roots,leaves and flowers described in the literature.the history of variety changes of Cremastrae Pseudobulbus Pleiones Pseudobulbus from Tang dynasty to present was clarified.The basic clue is that five kinds of medicinal materials called'Cremastrae Pseudobulbus Pleiones Pseudobulbus'appeared successively from the Tang dynasty to the Qing dynasty,and there were as many as 8 varieties called'Cremastrae Pseudobulbus Pleiones Pseudobulbus'in modern times.It was not until the promulgation of the Pharmacopoeia of the People's Republic of China(1990 edition)that the plant source of Cremastrae Pseudobulbus Pleiones Pseudobulbus was determined,and it was stipulated that Cremastra appendiculata(D.Don)Makino,Pleione bulbocodioides(Franch.)Rolfe and Pleione yunnanensis Rolfe were used as authentic products forming a more special multi-source phenomenon.This paper completely combs the origin of ancient and modern'Cremastrae Pseudobulbus Pleiones Pseudobulbus',and analyzes the origin,characteristics and causes of each variety,in order to provide a clear reference for the clinical application and modern research of Cremastrae Pseudobulbus Pleiones Pseudobulbus.
