苦杏仁活血化瘀作用的文献研究

摘要
苦杏仁是常用的止咳平喘药,然而其活血的认识与应用却长期淹没于历史长河中.现代药理研究表明,苦杏仁苷有改善微循环、治疗脑缺血、抗动脉粥样硬化、抗纤维化及抗肿瘤等药理作用,表明该成分具有活血化瘀样作用.苦杏仁苷在苦杏仁中含量高且为苦杏仁的主要活性成分,据此推测苦杏仁应该具有活血化瘀作用.因此,文章在综述苦杏仁苷药理作用的同时,收集苦杏仁中医药文献,对其治金疮、下血闭、动血的相关内容进行分析,获得了苦杏仁活血化瘀、治疗血瘀证的证据,为开展苦杏仁活血化瘀研究奠定坚实的文献基础.
Abstract
Semen Armeniacae Amarum is commonly used as a cough suppressant and wheezing remedy,however,its recognition and application for blood activation has been submerged for a long time in history.Modern pharmacological studies have shown that amygdalin has pharmacological effects such as improving microcirculation,treating cerebral ischemia,anti-atherosclerosis,anti-fibrosis and anti-tumor,which indicates that this component has the effect of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.Amygdalin is high in Semen Armeniacae Amarum and is the main active ingredient of Semen Armeniacae Amarum,so it is presumed that Semen Armeniacae Amarum should have the effect of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.Therefore,in this paper,while reviewing the pharmacological effects of amygdalin,we collected the Chinese medicine literature of Semen Armeniacae Amarum and analyzed the contents related to its treatment of Jinchuang,Xuebi,and Dongxue,so as to obtain evidence that Semen Armeniacae Amarum promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.A solid literature base is laid for carrying out the research on Semen Armeniacae Amarum to promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.
