中医梦诊诊断特点及梦疾治法探思

摘要
梦诊是中医传统诊法之一,是中医学发展中建立的特色诊法.文章以文献为基础,就梦的定义、常梦与病梦的区别、病梦的病因病机、梦诊的诊断特点及通过中医理论分析梦疾的治疗等方面展开阐述,并对当前梦诊研究的不足做展望.文章旨在加深研究者、医者对梦的认识,从而使古老的中医梦诊知识得到重视,使梦诊更广泛地应用于临床,以促其发展.
Abstract
Dream diagnosis is one of the traditional diagnostic,methods of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)and it is a characteristic diagnostic methods established in the development of the TCM.Based on the literature,this paper expounds the definition of dream,the difference between normal dream and the usual dream,the etiology and pathogenesis of unusual dream,the diagnostic characteristics of dream diagnosis and analysis of the treatment of dream disease through TCM theory.And the deficiency of dream diagnosis research at present its prospected.The purpose of this paper is to deepen researchers'and doctors'understanding of dreams.So that the ancient knowledge of TCM dream diagnosis can be valued,to make dream diagnosis more widely used,and to promote its development.Analysis of the treatment of dream diseases through TCM theory,and the deficiency of dream diagnosis research at present is prospected.So that the ancient knowledge of TCM dream diagnosis can be valued,to make dream diagnosis more widely used and to promote its development.
