中医芳香疗法机理探析

摘要
中医芳香疗法历史悠久,在疾病治疗、预防与养生保健中发挥着重要的作用,其作为传统的自然疗法,备受人们关注.我国虽是使用芳香药物防治疾病较早的国家之一,但早期并未形成"中医芳香疗法"的概念,并且对于中医芳香疗法的机理阐述较少.中医芳香疗法最重要的载体是芳香药物,文章基于中医理论以芳香药物为切入点,从芳香药物和中医芳香疗法内涵、历史流源及芳香药物对人体的作用方面来探讨芳香疗法的机理,以期更多地了解和掌握中医芳香疗法.
Abstract
Aromatherapy of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has a long history and plays an important role in disease treatment,prevention and health care.As a traditional natural therapy,it has attracted people's attention.Although my country is one of the countries that used aromatherapy to prevent and treat diseases earlier,but the concept of'aromatherapy of TCM'was not formed in the early stage and the mechanism of aromatherapy of TCM was seldom elaborated.The most important carrier of aromatherapy of TCM is aromatic medicine.Based on the theory of TCM,taking aromatic medicine as starting point,this article discusses the connotation of aromatic medicine and aromatherapy of TCM,historical sources and the effect of aromatic medicine on human body,in order to allow more people to understand and master aromatherapy of TCM.
