Distribution characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine constitution types of population in Shandong coastal area

摘要
目的:通过流行病学调查分析山东省沿海地区人群的中医体质类型分布特点,为中医治未病干预提供依据.方法:对山东省沿海4个城市人群体质状况进行随机抽样调查,采集2 000例有效体质数据,从整体人群、性别、年龄等维度,对人群的体质分布特征进行分析,采用卡方检验对样本体质类型构成情况进行分析.结果:在整体人群中,平和质比例最高(40.40％,808/2 000),8种偏颇体质占比由高到低位于前3位的分别是阳虚质(16.55％,331/2 000)、气虚质(10.60％,212/2 000)、痰湿质(7.25％,145/2 000),其中男性位于前3位的是阳虚质(12.17％,130/1 068)、气虚质(10.02％,107/1 068)、痰湿质(8.05％,86/1 068),女性位于前3位的是阳虚质(21.57％,201/932)、气虚质(11.27％,105/932)、气郁质(6.76％,63/932).结论:山东省沿海地区常见的偏颇体质分别是阳虚质、气虚质、痰湿质;不同性别体质分布显著不同,不同年龄段之间体质分布差异不明显.
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the distribution characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine constitution types of people in coastal areas of Shandong Province through flow modulation,so as to provide basis for the intervention of middle treatment without disease.Methods:A random sampling survey was conducted on the physical fitness status of the population in 4 coastal cities of Shandong Province,and 2 000 cases of effective physical fitness data were collected.The physical fitness distribution characteristics of the population in the coastal areas of Shandong Province were analyzed from the dimensions of the whole population,gender,age,etc..Chi-square test was used to analyze the composition of the physical fitness types of the samples.Results:In the whole population,808 cases(40.40％)of peace and quality were the highest proportion.The top three of the 8 kinds of biased constitution were yang deficiency(16.55％,331/2 000),qi deficiency(10.60％,212/2 000)and phlegm-dampness(7.25％,145/2 000).Among them,the top three of male were yang deficiency(12.17％,130/1 068),qi deficiency(10.02％,107/1 068)and phlegm dampness(8.05％,86/1 068),while the top three of femal were yang deficiency(21.57％,201/932),qi deficiency(11.27％,105/932)and qi stagnation(6.76％,63/932).Conclusion:The top three biased constitutions in Shandong coastal areas are yang deficiency,qi deficiency and phlegm-dampness.The physical distribution of different sexes was significantly different,and the constitution distribution of different ages was not significantly different.
