Extract and analyze oral symptoms of patients with endogenous wind syndromes based on interview method
Objective:To extract the self-reported of patients with endogenous wind syndromes,comparative analysis of diagnostic criteria combined with endogenous wind syndrome and summarize its impact on patients'life and work.It provides some reference for clinical inquiry and construction of internal wind curative effect evaluation scale.Methods:The interview outline was constructed by referring to the contents of internal wind syndrome in textbooks such as Traditional Chinese Medicine Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment Terminology Part 2:Syndromes and Internal Medicine of Traditional Chinese Medicine.The cases were collected by purposive sampling,and the oral symptoms of patients were extracted by interview until the information was saturated.Results:A total of 30 patients were interviewed,4 were pre interviewed,and 26 were formally interviewed,including 13 males and 17 females.The patient's oral symptoms were complex and varied,including 23 cases of vertigo,20 cases of limb numbness,17 cases of limb fibrillation,16 cases of tinnitus,15 cases of head swelling or headache,15 cases of walking unsteadily,10 cases of speech sluggish,and so on.Conclusion:The symptoms of patients with external wind syndrome are complex and diverse,and they are prone to anxiety and depression due to decreased quality of life.It can be combined with the grouping of TCM clinical terms to provide reference for consultation and scale construction.
