《张氏医通》以"千古名贤至论,统叙一堂;八方风气之疾,汇通一脉"立旨,可知其学术传承自千百年来的中医古圣先贤.文章论病举例多摘取《张氏医通》中治疗脾胃病部分,论述其典型的中医传承特色,一窥中医古传承之眼目,给现代中医学人以启示,为中医的传承与创新提供思路.《张氏医通》论理偏重于《黄帝内经》《金匮要略》,选方独钟意于《千金方》,又能兼通各家,注重平脉辨证,断病处方用药出神入化,辨证方法遵张仲景病脉证并治.
Abstract
ZHANGs'Medicine is based on 'the theory of the famous and wise through the ages and come together,the diseases in eight directions,convergence of one system',we can know that its academic inheritance comes from the ancient sages of Chinese medicine for thousands of years.This article excerpts the part of ZHANGs'Medicine on the treatment of spleen and stomach diseases,discusses its typical characteristics of Chinese medicine inheritance.By discussing the typical characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine inheritance.It is helpful to understand the inheritance of ancient Chinese medicine,inspire Chinese medicine students,and provide ideas for the inheritance and innovation of Chinese medicine.Its theories are biased towards the Huangdi Neijing and Jingui Yaolue,and the selection of parties is unique to Qianjin Fang,and it can also understand and cite the theories of famous masters,and pay attention to the differentiation of traditional Chinese medical pulse method,judge the prescription of drugs out of the ordinary,and follow the evidence of ZHANG Zhongjing's method with syndrome differentiation and treatment.
