"肺主通调水道"对治疗新型冠状病毒感染"三方"的理论指导

摘要
"肺主通调水道"是肺的主要生理功能之一,也是中医学辨证论治的重要理论基础,对临床处方也有很大的指导意义.文章通过归纳中医专家对新型冠状病毒感染的病机认识,对"肺主通调水道"的条文认识,分析治疗新型冠状病毒感染有效的清肺排毒汤、宣肺败毒方和化湿败毒方三方的药物组成和方解,进而为理解"肺主通调水道"提供新的思考视角,以加深中医理论内涵研究并能对临床进行理论指导.
Abstract
The principle of'the lung regulating the waterway'is one of the main physiological functions of the lungs,and it is also an important theoretical basis for the identification and treatment of Chinese medicine,which is also of great significance for clinical prescriptions.This article summarizes the understanding of Chinese medicine experts on the pathogenesis of Corona Virus Disease 2019(COVID-19),the understanding of the article on'the lung regulating the waterway',and analyzes the composition and formulae of Qingfei Paidu Decoction,Xuanfei Baidu Formula and Huashi Baidu Formula,which are effective in the treatment of COVID-19,to provide new thoughts on the understanding of the'the lung regulating the waterway',as well as to provide new thoughts on the understanding of the'the lung regulating the waterway'.This study will provide new perspectives for understanding'the lung regulating the waterway'and deepen the study of Chinese medicine theories and provide theoretical guidance for clinical practice.
